Maximum size for a full front or back print : 12" x 13"

Maximum print for Youth sized garments or ladies' tees : 8.5" x 9"

Custom screen printing is a method where a design is printed on finished garments with one or more colors of ink. For each additional color, a new screen is required.
1 : The digital files are processed with a computer and outputed to film.
2 : The films are attached directly to the screens that are covered with a light sensitive coating.
3 : The screen is then exposed in a darkroom, altering the chemical structure of the coating on the screen. For each color of ink, a different screen is necessary.
4 : The garment is stretched tightly across a flat palette of a printing press where a number of screens are affixed.
5 : The ink colors are then pushed through their screens onto the garment, each with a separate squeegee.
6 : The garments are then placed upon a dryer, immediately drying the inks at high temperatures allowing us to box and ship the garments to you quickly
